Refund & Replacement Policy

We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you receive a damaged, incorrect, or missing item, please contact us within 3 days of delivery.

⚠️ Any refund or replacement claim will be accepted only if you provide a complete parcel opening video showing the package from the start (before opening) until the product is fully unboxed.
  • No claims will be accepted without a full unboxing video.
  • Refunds are processed only after claim verification.
  • Courier charges may apply for approved returns.

Note: The video must clearly show the parcel condition, tracking label, and unboxing process. This helps us verify and process claims faster.


Important Notice:

If we determine that the submitted video has been edited, manipulated, recorded after repackaging the parcel, or is otherwise non-genuine, misleading, or inaccurate, we reserve the absolute right to reject any return, refund, replacement, or warranty claim without further review. Such evidence will not be considered valid or admissible for any claim, dispute, chargeback, or legal proceeding. The company's decision regarding the authenticity of the submitted evidence shall be final.
